1. How do I get started ?

2. How long does this take ? After we conduct our initial meetings with you, and do our DD, (due diligence). We then proceed with a development approval, from council. Which, can take anywhere, from 12-24 months, depending on the size of the development.

3. How do I get paid ? After we do our due diligence, and we have the development approval in hand, at our cost, which is in your name, we move it on, in our data base, of ultimate buyers, and then, they pay you and I, for the new, development approval, and they go on to build the new development.

3. Will I have, to do anything ? No, we initially walk you through the processes, sign the contracts, and we do the rest.

4. I'm nervous, what if it goes wrong ? Before any dirt is moved, we do a through analysis, of your property, before we spend any money, on seeking a development approval with council.

5. What, if I want to develop, the land myself ? Sure, you can go ahead, and do it yourself, but are you prepared, to essentially, spend the next 2 or so years, of your life, with getting the development approval from council, dealing with architects, builders, civil contractors, lending institutions, tendering, and then trying to selling the homes, townhouses, units, extra, yourself.

6. Is there any money, that I have to fund, in this deal ? No. We pay for everything at our expense, and the development approval, is in your name.

7. What if I, want to do a joint venture, with Orora, holdings ? Essentially, we do not do JVs, joint ventures. however, we are open, if the numbers, stack up, and it's the right, deal.

8. Would you, be open to doing, vendor finance, with me ? Yes. If the deal is right, and the feasibility works, then yes.

9. Do you take investors ? Yes.
